Harare, Zimbabwe – March 31, 2025 – WestProp Holdings Limited, Zimbabwe’s premier real estate developer, has announced significant progress at its flagship Pokugara Residential Estate, with 30 luxury homes already completed and a further 18 expected by the end of April.

CEO Kenneth Sharpe recently led a tour of the estate for brand ambassadors Kudzai Violet Gwara (KVG) and Tembalami, showcasing the rapid advancement of the development of the 70 planned homes, the remaining units are on track for completion by June 2025, marking a major milestone for the project.
